Grout Clear Sealing

Clear Sealing is the most common choice of sealer for a tight budget looking to get some sort of protection on the grout lines. These clear sealers are good but need to be re-applied every now and then depending on the exposure to dirt, heavy chemicals, grease, scum, or mildew buildup.

**Important**

Regardless of the sealer of choice, the grout lines and tiles need to be properly cleaned and allow a minimum of 12 hours to dry completely before you can apply the sealer. Air movers can speed up the drying time down to 4 hours.

Once you have applied the sealer of choice, another 12 hours of drying time is highly recommended (or at least 6 hours of no foot traffic).
